SCICON SPORTS - IPP TERMS AND CONDITIONS - EN

1. The Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program provides exclusive access for full-time employees working in the cycling and outdoor sports industry to purchase Scicon Sports products at preferential rates. 
2. The products purchased are solely for personal use and are not for resale or gifting.
3. Scicon Sports reserves the right to manage the Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program membership at its sole discretion, and terminate access to the Program due to any abuse or for any other reason.
4. Access to the program is only valid online at sciconsports.com.
5. You will be eligible to participate in the Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program for the period of your employment as full-time employee in the cycling or outdoor sports industry. Your membership will expire with your retirement. We may request evidence of your employment status and withhold access to the Program until proof has been provided. 
6. Scicon Sports reserves the right to change the terms of the Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program at any point, and to place restrictions on the quantity of products available for purchase.
7. All information and prices offered on the Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program are to remain strictly confidential.
8. Purchases through the Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program cannot be combined with any other offers, sale items, product bundles or discounts and exclude Gift vouchers. The IPP discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
9. Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program purchases may not be eligible for free shipping. All purchases must be shipped to your place of work or the account Billing address.
10. Products available under the Industry Purchase Program are subject to availability.
11. This is a non-transferable benefit. You may not share your Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program privileges.
12. Membership to the program will last for one year and you may have to re-apply.
13. The Scicon Sports Industry Purchase discount is subject to the following limitations. The Scicon Sports Industry Purchase discount will expire after 20 purchases within a 12 month period, or when purchases exceed the below listed monetary value, whichever comes first in one year:

• GBP 1.850
• USD 2.500
• CAD 3.000
• AUD 3.000
• ZAR 40.000

14. With the subscription to the Scicon Sports Industry Purchase Program you consent to transfer your information to ASG International, Via dell'Industria, 36065 Mussolente (VI), Italy and/or its subsidiaries, and its use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
