Scicon Sports comprehensive product coverage is reflective of our commitment to our customer’s ongoing satisfaction. Specifically, we make three commitments to our customers:

  1. You will enjoy using our products that are designed and manufactured to be the best;
  2. You will experience world-class, after-sales customer service;
  3. For two (2) years after you purchase a Scicon Sports product from one of our eyewear, bags & luggage or apparel collections from an authorised retailer or from Sciconsports.com you will be covered by our warranty.   

The Scicon Sports warranty extends to the original owner, is as straightforward and comprehensive as it can get, and just part of the total Scicon Sports experience.

WARRANTY POLICY 


EYEWEAR WARRANTY POLICY

Who may use this warranty?

The warranty extends to original purchasers of eyewear with proof of purchase from Sciconsports.com or from an authorised Scicon Sports retailer. 

What does the warranty cover and how long does it last?

The Scicon Sports warranty covers all defects from manufacture in material and workmanship under normal use for the period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase on Sciconsports.com or at an authorised Scicon Sports retailer. 

What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover damages that are not due to a defect in materials or workmanship including (but not limited to) damages caused by: (a) normal wear and tear (including scratches and abrasions); (b) unauthorized modifications or repairs; (c) loss or theft; (d) accident, abuse or improper storage; or (e) improper application of chemicals and cleansers.

What will Scicon Sports do? 
Upon inspection of the item, and if we find it to be defective in material or workmanship, we will exchange or replace your defective item with a new item at no charge, or provide a full refund (including shipping costs - less duties and taxes - at your choice. 

How do I claim a warranty?
If you want to return a product for warranty, you will need to email warranty@sciconsports.com or contact us in order to get an authorization number for your return. Please do not send your item directly back to us, as this will only delay the warranty claim process. We are not able to accept unauthorised returns. Deliveries of goods sent to us without prior authorisation will be rejected. We will be in contact with you within two (2) business days to process your claim or provide instruction on how to receive your discounted items. For all valid returns under our 2 Year Warranty against defects of manufacture, you are required to pay the freight to deliver the item back to us. If the product is deemed a warranty issue, Scicon Sports will service, repair or in its sole discretion replace the item and pay the freight to return the product to you by normal ground transportation.

SCRATCHED LENS REPLACEMENT PROGRAM 


You scratch them, we replace them. No questions asked. 

The Scicon Sports Scratched Lens Replacement Program (SLRP) covers damages of your lenses from use, on all replaceable lenses (SCN-PP™ & SCN-XT™) by Scicon Sports. RX or prescription lenses are not covered in this program. 

Who is entitled to the program? 

The guarantee extends to original purchasers of eyewear with proof of purchase from Sciconsports.com or from an authorised Scicon Sports retailer. 

What does the guarantee cover and how long does it last? 

The Scicon Sports Scratched Lens Replacement Program covers all damages of your lenses from use and lasts a lifetime. 

What will Scicon Sports do? 

Scicon Sports honors you as a loyal customer of premium Scicon Sports eyewear and will offer a free replacement lens in case you have scratched or damaged your replaceable lenses. Scicon Sports will ask you to contribute with a nominal handling and shipping fee. 

How do I claim a free lens replacement? 

To have your damaged lenses replaced under our Scratched Lens Replacement Program, please send us an email with a picture of the scratched lenses together with the name of the model or model number printed in the sunglass frame as well as your full name and address details to SLRP@sciconsports.com You do not need to send your scratched lenses back to us. We will be in contact with you within two (2) business days to process your request and will provide you with instructions on how to claim your free replacement lens. You are required to pay for a nominal handling & shipping fee. 



APPAREL WARRANTY POLICY

If your Scicon Sports apparel develops a material or workmanship flaw within two years of the purchase date we will get you back in the game. 

If you believe your item is flawed, and it’s within 30 days of your purchase, you may simply return it to us for a full refund. Remember, you may return Scicon Sports purchases for any reason for up to 30 days. For purchases on Sciconsports.com, please follow return instructions in our Returns Policy. For purchases through an authorized Scicon Sports retailer you may need to take the item back to the store you bought it from or contact the retailer.

Our warranty on Apparel is only valid with proof of purchase and does not cover any defects due to accidents, improper fit, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, rips, tears, holes, burns, pilling, and shrinking. Any alteration of a Scicon Sports garment will void your warranty.




BAGS & LUGGAGE WARRANTY POLICY 

If your Scicon Sports bag or luggage develops a material or workmanship flaw within two years of the purchase date we will get you back on track. 

If you believe your item is flawed, and it’s within 30 days of your purchase, you may simply return it to us for a full refund. Remember, you may return Scicon Sports purchases for any reason for up to 30 days. For purchases on Sciconsports.com, please follow return instructions in our Returns Policy. For purchases through an authorized Scicon Sports retailer you will need to take the item back to the store you bought it from or contact the retailer.

The Scicon Sports warranty on bags & luggage covers all defects from manufacture in material and workmanship under normal use for the period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase on Sciconsports.com or at an authorised Scicon Sports retailer.

Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of the bag, loss of use, loss of time and similar expenses are not covered. Other damages that are not covered by this warranty are damages caused by airlines or other transit damage such as pressure damage; tears, cuts and holes in the fabric; damage to wheels, locks, handles and other hardware of bags and cases. Claims for damages that occurred in transit should be filed against the carrier. 

What will Scicon Sports do?
