The Jayco AlUla Team made a strong impact at the 2025 Australian Cycling Nationals, dominating the race with an outstanding performance. The 2025 cycling season is underway, and it’s shaping up to be one for the books! From nail-biting sprints to legendary climbs, this year’s UCI WorldTour promises thrills at every turn. We’ve rounded up the first four key dates to watch, starting with the iconic Milano-Sanremo leading the charge.

🇮🇹 ITALY - March 22
Milano-Sanremo—the first of the five "Monument" classics of the season. Often referred to as "La Primavera", the longest and one of the most unpredictable one day races on the calendar. It is 290 kilometers of pure tension, where patience is just as crucial as power. From the rolling roads of Lombardy to the breathtaking Ligurian coast, every pedal stroke builds toward the iconic Cipressa and Poggio, where legends are made and dreams can shatter in an instant. A race for the fearless, where a perfectly timed attack or a lightning-fast sprint down the Via Roma can etch a rider’s name into cycling history.

🇧🇪 BELGIUM - April 06
The Tour of Flanders (Ronde van Vlaanderen)—cobbles, climbs, and chaos—pure brutality on two wheels. Known for its challenging course, the race features a series of steep, cobbled climbs, or "bergs," that test the strength and endurance of even the best riders. The race covers about 260 kilometers, beginning in the city of Antwerp and finishing in Oudenaarde. The Tour of Flanders is celebrated for its passionate Belgian fanbase and fierce competition, making it one of the highlights of the cycling season.

🇨🇵 FRANCE - April 13
Paris-Roubaix—the Hell of the North, where pain and glory ride side by side. First held in 1896, the race is renowned for its grueling cobblestone sections, which make it one of the most challenging and unpredictable events on the cycling calendar. Taking place annually in April, the race covers around 250 kilometers, starting in Compiègne and finishing in Roubaix, France, at the renowned Velodrome. Paris-Roubaix is a true test of strength, endurance, and skill, as riders battle not only the tough cobbles but also often adverse weather conditions. The winner is awarded a unique trophy, and the race is celebrated for its rich history, fierce competition, and passionate fanbase.

Liège-Bastogne-Liège: The oldest Monument on the calendar, a relentless war of attrition through brutal climbs like La Redoute, Roche-aux-Faucons, and the Côte de la Redoute. Patience is key, but hesitation is fatal. The race spans a distance of approximately 250 kilometers, starting in Liège, passing through Bastogne, and returning to Liège. It is considered one of the five "Monument" classics and attracts the best riders in the world, testing both their climbing abilities and stamina over rugged terrain.
