SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES - EUROPE
For all orders under 100 €, the shipping cost is 9 €.
For orders with a total cart value exceeding 100 € shipping costs will be determined based on the content of your cart.
From Monday to Friday, orders received before 10.00 a.m. c.e.t. (Central European Time) will be shipped on the same day. If the order is received on Saturday, Sunday, vacation, or Italian holidays, it will be shipped on the first Monday or the working day after that.
Please note that standard shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipments to Post Office mailboxes are not possible. Orders to these addresses will automatically be canceled.
Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days and up to 10-15 business days for customized items. Shipping for custom orders requires more time for production, therefore, please allow up to 5 days before shipping.
2. SHIPPING POLICIES - NON-EU
For countries outside the EU, goods are normally shipped VAT-exempt and may be subject to customs duties/import taxes/VAT of the destination country (please ensure it is correctly selected before purchase) at the customer's expense. By law, we are required to declare the value and nature of goods shipped outside the EU; it is not possible to declare a lower value, state different contents, or send it as a gift.
Any customs duties and/or local VAT will be paid by the recipient in NON-EU Countries. An exception is made for UK orders, where Scicon will pay VAT and duties. If an order shipped to the UK is returned and the customer requests re-shipment to the UK, Scicon will charge the customer for all customs fees, except those associated with the initial order.
Exceptions: In the event of a return due to damage during delivery, Scicon will handle the duties as if it were a typical first-time order.
Customers are advised to inquire about import conditions in their own country by contacting the customs agency and the branch of the courier chosen to understand the exact procedures. Customs may stop the shipment for a check, for example, due to missing recipient requirements. We provide all the necessary documentation for customs clearance, and should further documents be required, they will be sent by our customer service.
3. DELIVERY TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying which carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. WHEN YOU GET YOUR PARCEL
We encourage you to check the condition of the package and the goods when delivered. Should you notice that the parcel may have been damaged in transit you can always refuse or reject the delivery.
5. SHIPPING SURCHARGES
Scicon Sports is not in the business of selling logistics and all surcharges that may incur are based solely on extra charges imposed by third-party carriers for transporting oversize and/or overweight items.
6. MILITARY ADDRESSES
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any Military shipping addresses (APO/FPO/BFPO).
