1. Organizer

This Challenge is organized by Scicon Sports, operated by ASG International S.r.l., based in Italy.

2. Challenge Period

The Challenge will take place from July 5 to July 27, 2025, inclusive.

3. Eligibility

Participation is free and open to anyone who:

• Is at least 18 years old or has parental/guardian consent.
• Has a valid Strava account.
• Joins the Scicon Sports Club on Strava.
• Follows the Scicon Sports athlete profile on Strava.
• Completes the registration form provided by the organizer.

4. How to Participate

Participants must:

• Accept the manual invitation to the Challenge via Strava.
• Log only outdoor cycling activities between July 5–27, 2025.
• Avoid using e-bikes or indoor trainers (unless otherwise communicated).

5. Prizes & Rewards

• The Top 10 riders with the highest total ride time will each receive a €50 voucher, valid with a minimum purchase of €150 on the Scicon Sports website.
• All participants will receive a 10% discount code if the Challenge group collectively reaches 5,000 hours of riding.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not convertible to cash.
• Vouchers and discount codes will have an expiration date, communicated upon distribution.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via email within 10 days of the Challenge ending.
• Ride data will be verified before confirming winners.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will lead to disqualification.

7. Data Privacy

Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used solely for administering the Challenge and communicating rewards.

8. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Cycling is a physically demanding sport. By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and take part at your own risk.

The Organizer accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from participation in the Challenge.

9. Platform Disclaimer

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Technical errors or downtime on Strava.
• Activities not correctly recorded or uploaded.
• Loss of data due to app/device malfunction.

10. Modifications or Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time due to operational needs or force majeure, with or without prior notice.

11. Acceptance

Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
