A change of bike to a disc model meant I needed this for my aerotech bike box. It works perfectly just like my box has for several years. As I was a bit disorganised I didn’t order till late in the day but the service from the team was absolutely amazing and they organised overnight delivery and were a joy to deal with. Yes there may be cheaper bike boxes out there but they are not as good. As important here though is that the team really really care about their customers - never had better support or service.

After having bought a nice new case, I lost a piece for mounting the wheel inside. I can't to the SciCon website and was able to find the part that I needed. Great customer service.
