Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates & Policies - Europe & Middle East

For all orders under €100 (£100) the shipping cost is €9 (£9).

For orders with a total cart value exceeding €100 (£100) shipping costs will be determined based on the content of your cart. Sciconsports.com reserves the right to cancel an order if no competitive shipping quotation can be obtained – applicable to international or outlying territory shipments only.

From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 10:00 a.m. (CET) are handled during the same day. If your order is confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in Italy, it will be handled on the Monday or the first working day thereafter.

Please note that standard shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipments to Post Office mailboxes are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.

Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days. Shipping for custom orders requires more time – please allow up to 15 days prior to shipping.

On this store we only ship to the following countries and regions: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iraq, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.

On this store we cannot accept orders to ship to countries other than the above listed. To change the country of the store go to the menu of the website or the footer.

Exclusion

We are currently not shipping to the following countries:

2. Duties & Import Fees (Not Applicable to EU)

For countries outside of the European Union (EU), goods are shipped VAT exempt and may be subject to customs duties/import taxes/VAT of the destination country (please ensure it is correctly selected before purchase) at the customer's expense. By law, we are required to declare the value and nature of goods shipped outside the EU; it is not possible to declare a lower value, state different contents or send it as a gift.

  1. Local VAT and any customs duties will be paid by the recipient in countries outside of the EU.
  2. An exception is made for UK orders, where Scicon does pay VAT and duties.
  3. In the event that an order shipped to the UK is returned and the customer wishes to have it re-shipped back to the UK, Scicon will charge the customer for all customs fees, excluding those associated with the initial order.

In case of a return of a damaged item, Sciconsports.com will sustain the duties as if it was a first normal order.

Customers are advised to inquire about import conditions in their own country by contacting the customs agency and the branch of the courier chosen to understand the exact procedures. Customs may stop shipments for checks. We provide all documentation needed and further documents will be sent by customer service if required.

Please also note that when shipping goods to a country outside of the EU, shipments may be inspected by customs authorities. You are deemed the importer and must comply with the laws of your destination country.



3. Delivery Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the carrier used along with the tracking number.

Some items in your order may ship from multiple locations and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

You can track your delivery status at any time through your My Account page on Sciconsports.com.



4. When You Get Your Parcel

Please check the condition of the package and goods when delivered. Should you notice that the parcel may have been damaged in transit, you can refuse or reject the delivery.



5. Shipping Surcharges

Scicon Sports is not in the business of selling logistics. Any surcharges applied are due solely to extra fees imposed by third-party carriers for transporting oversize and/or overweight items.



6. Military Addresses

Unfortunately we cannot ship to any Military shipping addresses (APO/FPO/BFPO).
