For all orders under €100, the shipping cost is €9.

For orders with a total cart value exceeding €100, a nominal shipping cost contribution of 8% of the total order value will be applied. This fee is assessed to ensure a fair and transparent approach to shipping cost allocation.

From Monday to Friday, orders received before 10.00 a.m. c.e.t. (central european time) will be shipped the same day. If the order is received on Saturday, Sunday, vacations, or Italian holidays, it will be shipped on the Monday following the first working day.

Please note that standard shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipments to Post Office mailboxes are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.

Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days and up to 7-10 business days for customized items. Shipping for custom orders requires more time. Please allow up to 5 days prior to shipping.

On this International Store we only ship to the following countries: Albania, Argentina, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Norway, Palestine State, Panama, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Chile. On this store we cannot accept orders to ship to countries other than the above listed, however there are several other online stores that cover many other countries. For countries outside the EU, goods are shipped VAT exempt and may be subject to customs duties/import taxes/VAT of the destination country (please ensure it is correctly selected before purchase) at the customer's expense. By law, we are required to declare the value and nature of goods shipped outside the EU; it is not possible to declare a lower value, state different contents, or send it as a gift.

Local VAT and any customs duties will be paid by the recipient in Extra EU Countries. An exception is made for UK orders, where Scicon does pay VAT and duties. In the event that an order shipped to the UK is returned and the customer wishes to have it re-shipped back to the UK, Scicon will charge the customer for all customs fees, excluding those associated with the initial order.

Conditions: In case of a return of a damaged item, Scicon will sustain the duties as if it was a first normal order.

Customers are advised to inquire about import conditions in their own country by contacting the customs agency and the branch of the courier chosen to understand the exact procedures. It may happen that customs stops the shipment for a check (for example, due to missing recipient requirements). We provide all the necessary documentation for customs clearance, and should further documents be required, they will be sent by our customer service.

Please also note that when shipping goods to a country outside of the European Union, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the European Union, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

You can track the delivery status of your order at any time through your My Account page on 



We encourage you to check the condition of the package and the goods when delivered. Should you notice that the parcel may have been damaged in transit you can always refuse or reject the delivery.



Scicon Sports is not in the business to sell logistics and all surcharges that may incur are based solely on extra charges imposed by third party carriers for transporting oversize and/or overweight items.



Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any Military shipping addresses (APO/FPO/BFPO).
