Before proceeding with the return, please read the following information that defines the terms of the return of a Scicon Sports product and the detailed instructions to follow.


How you return your Scicon product depends on where you originally purchased the product.

Most products purchased on can be returned within 30 days of receipt (restrictions apply).

Items must be unused, unopened and have original packaging. Please see the Returns Policy & Guidelines below for more information. 

To initiate the returns process, you must log into your account on and in the My Account area that you can find in the menu of the site, select My Returns to submit your return request. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorised returns will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you. 

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Did you receive the order as a gift? See gift return options. | OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE - RETURNS POLICY has a reputation for quality, and if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products with defects from manufacturing. You may also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt date in a resalable condition (unused, with product tags still attached, and original packaging). See note below regarding boxed goods.

It is preferred if you include the return form with the item when returned.

Please allow 15 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange credit to be issued.


We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by our Quality Assurance Department. Please choose your customisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them.


Please contact us immediately if you suspect that the item you purchased from is faulty. If the age of your item falls within certain guidelines, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.


We are unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customised, used, washed or have the original box packaging damaged. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition during which we will either exchange the item for online store credit or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges. You agree to cover the return freight charges back to us. Items that are returned to us will be inspected. A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be charged for any item missing the original box, packaging materials, contents, accessories, and/or manuals.


We will cover the re-delivery charges if the item color you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colors shown on any Site may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the color shown on our Site is for illustrative purposes only.


If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong products(s), or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges. You may be required to provide us with a proof of purchase in the process.


Gift cards cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase. See the gift card terms and conditions. 


We pride ourselves for quality and service and stand behind all products for both authorised retail accounts and consumers. We have made agreements with retailers to accept returns for products with material or workmanship flaws.

If you purchased a Scicon Sports product from an Authorized Scicon Sports Retailer and the product has a material or workmanship flaw, check first with the original place of purchase for assistance. We understand that retailers have their own specific return policies. If you are unable to return an item to the original place of purchase, you may still be able to receive service for the item directly by contacting us.


Items purchased at an Authorized Online Store must be returned to an Authorized Online Store. If you are unable to return the item to the original location of purchase, please contact the store to discuss alternative options. 

We understand that Online retailers have their own specific return policies. If you are unable to return an item to the original place of purchase, you may still be able to receive service for the item directly by contacting us.


If you received a order as a gift and would like to return the item(s) without the gift giver finding out, please contact us before returning the product. We'll be happy to help you return the item for a gift card.

Ordinarily refunds are processed to the original form of payment (which means the person who purchased the product would get the refund). Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. To initiate the return, please contact us.

Refunds will be processed within fifteen business days from the time a return is received at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed. See the Return Policy for complete information.


Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the refund will first be applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then a gift card or product voucher.

Refunds will include only product and tax amount.

If an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your mailed credit card statement.

Refund details may or may not be available on your statement quickly. The time frame depends on how your bank processes these transactions. Refunds may be visible to you sooner when viewing your credit card account online.
